The Ministry of Public Service and Labour (MIFOTRA) wishes to recruit the civil servants on the following vacantpositions:

2. Professional in Charge of Reform Policy and Organizational Structure Analysis (1)

Attributions:
- Analyze and develop Public Institutions Organizational Structures
- To design, develop and put in place tools to assess the needs at institutional and
organizational dimensions
- Contribute in the effectiveness of administrative reform, in regard to
different aspects of organization and administrative modernization
- Participate in the elaboration of human resource development policies and
different policies and procedures
- To evaluate the organizational capacity of Institutions
- To command the Institutional Audits
- External & Stakeholders Relationships

Specific requirement for the post:
At least AO in Public Administration, Human Resource Management, Development Studies, Public Policy, Economics, Management, Leadership and organizational Management
