The Ministry of Public Service and Labour (MIFOTRA) wishes to recruit the civil servants on the following vacant positions:

1. Professional in Charge of Capacity Building and Mining Compliance (1)

Attributions:
- Identify Capacity building needs of Public Servants
- Develop the Annual Capacity building Plan for Public Servant
- Develop mechanisms for the implementation of the National Annual Capacity building of Public Servants
- Facilitate the implementation of Training Programmes

Specific requirement for the post:
At least AO in Public Administration, Human Resource Management, Development Studies, Public Policy, Economics, Management, Leadership and Organizational Management
