dfcu is a fast growing bank in Uganda offering a wide range of financial solutions to its chosen market segments. We are seeking to recruit 40 Direct Sales Representatives to support our expansion strategy.

Job Summary:
The Direct Sales Representatives will be responsible for planning and carrying out direct sales activities in order to grow customer numbers.

Key Result Areas:
    Plan and prioritize sales activities to achieve agreed business plans
    Respond to and follow up sales inquiries
    Attend and present at external customer meetings for cross selling opportunities
    Sell all bank products
    Maintain and develop existing and new customers through planned individual account support

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
    The applicant should hold a University degree attained not more than one year ago
    Ambitious and results oriented
    Very Confident
    A quick learner with a positive attitude towards change and learning
    Ability and willingness to combine a high pressure job and intensive sales
    Work experience is not a requirement.
