Requirements:
The ideal candidate should be able to,
• Ordering and generating purchase orders
• Assist with managing inventory levels for the spare parts division
• Resolving issues such as shipping, customer complaints, pricing, and shortages in relations to the Spare Parts Division
• Negotiate with suppliers
• Compiling service level agreements with suppliers
• Negotiate with customs
Personnel Specifications
• Degree in Procurement and Supply Chain
Management
• Candidates should have minimum 5 years’ experience in automobile spare parts procurement of HMV / LMV
• Thorough knowledge of spare parts and inventory
• Good negotiation skills and the ability to liaise with suppliers
• Ability to analyse and compile cost comparisons
• Must be able to work under pressure
• Basic understanding of Fleet management
• Previous exposure to spares optimization systems an advantage.
• Advanced Computer Skills fully converse with Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
