7. PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT DIVISION: Project Managers (4) Ref: RDB/ITD/037

Specific tasks and responsibilities
- Planning, controlling and monitoring, managing and directing the assigned project resources to best meet project objectives
- Act as a liaison between all parties concerned to address proposed modifications to project scope, schedule, or budget and influence to minimize changes. Facilitate any approved and difficult modifications to the project plan
- Requirement Analysis, Planning and budgeting
- Standardizing procedures, Project work plan and allocation of resources
- Operational efficiency, Quality control and Change Management
- Team Building – Inspiring, motivating, rewarding, guiding the team, taking care of their growth in organization and maintaining good team environment
- Anticipating potential threats – Risk management

Job requirements, qualifications and experience
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related fields or project management
- A minimum of 3 years of PMO management for a mid to large size organization
- The ability to handle multiple high priority projects in a fast paced and rapidly growing environment
- Thorough understanding of project management methodologies and best practices [e.g., PMI - PMBOK, Prince 2, etc
- Proven ability to manage a large portfolio of projects successfully against scope, schedule, and budget
- Highly effective people leadership and employee development skills with a focus on collaborative team 8. Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to see the interrelationships of projects and organizational objectives and proven track record in being able to align an IT PMO’s efforts with that “big picture” perspective including but not limited to total cost of ownership and return on investment
- Strong critical reasoning, qualitative analysis and conflict resolution skills
