Job Summary:
The Vehicle Maintenance Supervisor will ensure effective management of company vehicle fleet & availability of company vehicles in good mechanical conditions.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage company drivers & vehicle fleet performance.
Manage & coordinate vehicle fleet maintenance and repair works.
Maintain accurate and complete documentation on all service & repair works done.
Analysis & preparation of periodic reports on vehicle fleet performance.
Enhance asset management & value by monitoring vehicle performance & defects fixing. Establish & manage relationships with mechanical workshops for quality repair work.
Ensure company compliance to traffic & road safety act.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
The prospective applicant should possess a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
At least three (3) years experience in Auto Maintenance or Fleet management area.
Motor vehicle mechanics knowledge
Fleet management experience
