Job Summary:
The Sales & Marketing Manager will be responsible for the growth of the distributor market share & business profitability through strategically promoting company products, managing sales team performance, penetrating new markets and delivering sales revenues with quality customer service.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Development & execution of the distributor Sales & Marketing strategy.
Managing the sales & marketing process to deliver results.
Grow distributor market share across the region.
Oversee effective implementation of marketing & promotion activities for distributor visibility
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Champion innovation in trade & distribution channels for all markets.
Manage and support sales team performance & development.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
The prospective applicant should hold a Bachelors Degree in Marketing or business course
Five or more years experience in FMCG Sales.
