Job Summary:
The Citizen Voice Action (CVA) Documentation and Data Management Officer will document CVA processes and management of CVA database for the East Africa Region

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
    Support in maintaining proper documentation of the CVA processes, best practices, significant change stories and lessons learnt.
    To provide oversight to National Office roll out and feedback on the operationalisation of the CVA database.
    To collect, follow up and enter the CVA data (Community gathering details, monitoring standards, community score cards and action plan) into the database.
    To generate reports for evidence to support sub county, District, National and regional level advocacy.
    To coordinate capacity building of ADP staff in database management and support the CVA Specialist in building the staff capacity in local level advocacy (CVA) within the Region.
    To provide feedback to the CVA Specialist and Support Offices on the effectiveness and efficiency of the database.
    Perform any other responsibilities

 Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
    The applicant should possess a degree in Information Technology, Data Base Systems or Design, Monitoring and Evaluation
    Proven IT knowledge, skill and experience in database management for at least one year or more
    Computer literacy skills with analytical and data base management skills
    Must have facilitation skills and able to build the capacity of other staff in data base management
    Must have excellent interpersonal, community mobilisation, communication and documentation skills

    Mature Christian, able to stand above denominational diversities
