Job Summary: The Senior Engineer is responsible for the management and coordination of all aspects of the assigned projects.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
The applicant should possess Bachelor’s Degree in civil and structural engineering or its equivalent from a recognized institution of learning.
At least five to seven years’ experience in construction management, preferably working on structural steel related projects
Knowledge in the processes involved in steel fabrication will be highly desirable
Ability to manage multiple job sites all over Uganda and other neighbouring countries
Plan and manage company’s human resource capital and site equipment to ensure site works are executed in time within the budget constraints
Be familiar with full job progress reporting formalities and procedures
