Key Duties and Responsibilities:
The job holder will be responsible for handling appointments, employment contracts, disciplinary matters, terminations and other labour related matters /issues
Handle criminal matters in relation to theft by employees or third parties
Handle debt recovery court cases, seizures through court bailiffs, coordination with advocate firms appointed by the company
Assist in the acquisition of land and other properties
Handle commercial claims with suppliers and insurance companies.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
The applicant should possess Bachelor’s Degree in Law
At least three years’ experience in a busy firm
The job suitor should be a practicing law advocate / counsel
