Major 1 year deliverable:
    To develop, implement and maintain policies and procedures to support ICT services across the organization.
    To monitor and maintain computer systems and networks in all areas of our operations.
    To support both our Head Office and Retail point of sales and ensure users get maximum benefits from the smooth running of our IT systems.

Requirements:
    A minimum of 4-5 years experience in IT, with 2 years in a managerial position.
    Must be able to prioritise and manage many open cases at one time and work with little or no supervision.
