Steel and Tube Industries Limited is one of the Leading and most reliable manufacturer and supplier of Steel profile in Uganda. We are currently looking for suitable qualified applicants for the following positions:
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
The Debt Collector will be responsible for;
- Work closely with the sales and accounts receivable teams to resolve
- Daily and month end reporting and account reconciliations.
- Working to strict monthly and annual collection targets.
- Collecting debt by telephone, email, visits and reducing debtor days.
- Processing and generating reminder letters and monthly statements as required
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Business Development Manager.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
- The applicant should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounts/ Finance/ Marketing or a related field
- Two or more years’ experience in debt collection in a busy office environment
- The applicant should possess a valid motor biker’s driving license.
