Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Train and mentor on all aspects of Brewing process, Packaging, Utilities and Engineering Work on various projects as defined by management
Apply the manufacturing way principles and practices
Contribute to problem solving
Accord customer care and service in line with company values
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
The ideal candidate should have BSc. Ind. Chemistry, BSC. Technology (Bio/ Chem.) or BSC. Food Processing Technology or Microbiology
Two years working experience working in an FMCG
Excellent report writing skills
High energy, balanced personality self-discipline and drive, conceptualizing and innovative thinking, goal orientation and a strong output bias.
High degree of integrity and attention to detail Proactive mindset, self-driven, self-starter and with initiative;
Ability to communicate (verbal and written),
Go getter attitude
Computer literacy skills i.e. proficiency in Word, PowerPoint and Excel is an added advantage
Work in Teams
