Reporting to the Head Corporate Communication and Outreach, the jobholder will handle front desk matters and guiding visitors with relevant advisory information to access IPOA offices.

The Independent Policing Oversight Authority (IPOA) is a State Authority created under an Act of Parliament No. 35 of 2011 which provides for civilian oversight of work of the police.

The jobholder will also be responsible for:
    Receiving and directing calls accordingly.
    Handling and guiding visitors that come to IPOA
    Issuing visitors passes.
    Providing relevant and accurate information to visitors.
    Assisting other departments to organize and coordinate corporate activities and events.

The successful candidate will have:
    a Diploma in Customer Care or a related discipline.
    The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years relevant experience.
    He/she will have knowledge in communications and public relations disciplines.
