Identify and pursue opportunities for program growth.
Representation: Represent CRS in national-level meetings, sharing forums and technical working group.

Candidate description
- Skills and experience in high-level advocacy, negotiation and coalition building with multiple stakeholders and proven fundraising experience
Strong communication and networking skills
Existing relationships within relevant Government of Tanzania Ministries
Demonstrated abilities in documentation of lessons learned, report-writing, M & E
Excellent independent judgement and decision making skills
Fluency in both English and Swahili Languages.
Master degree in a relevant field such as international development, engineering, natural resources management and or public health.
At least 8 years of experience working in the development sector, preferably in water sanitation and hygiene (WASH) or natural resources management and risk reduction
Demonstrated knowledge of the cross-sectoral application of WASH strategies to improve health, livehoods and nutrition
Technical proficiency in water supply, sanitation and hygiene program design and implementation, including development hygiene promotion campaigns and materials and experience with participatory approaches.
