The Company is operating in India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Ghana, Afghanistan, Cambodia, Nigeria and Philippines.
Job Summary:
The Human Resource Manager will be responsible for HR strategy, recruitment, training, HR policies and implementation, problem solving, HR administration, remuneration, compliance and staff evaluation.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
The candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in HR Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
Master's degree in Business Administration from an accredited institution will be added advantage.
The candidate should possess at least minimum of 5-years' experience as HR Manager in any leading microfinance institution or other company in financial sector.
Age: 30 - 40 years old.
