Job Title: Transmission Support Engineer, Level 2

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
    Trouble shooting Transmission failures : MW and Optics
    NMS server support : basic administration
    Liaise with NOC team and field team for transmission failures, repairs and recovery
    Ensure all MW supervision is up and administering and design of the supervision DCN
    Service configuration on the MW equipment
    Respond to customer requests for testing and service provisioning
    Coordinate field works with regards to transmission faults, repairs and installations
    Ensure that all equipment are supervised on the NMS and do basic system checks for the NMS in case of server failures

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
    The candidate should possess experience of 2-3 years in a similar or related role.
