Position Description:
We are looking for a Maths tutor at O level and/or A level as we are about to open a one of a kind tuition centre in Dar, later to be expanded to include other subjects as and when demand for them arises.
The tutor must have the following qualities:
1. Good command of the English language
2. At least 7 years experience teaching in a class setting
3. Creativity in presenting lessons and making them interesting to the students.
4. Friendly, respectful, punctual and a hard worker.
5. Pride and commitment to the job.
6. Students are clients and a high level of customer service will be expected considering the customer is king.
7. Must be willing to sometimes assist in marketing as much as they possibly can.
There will be a basic salary as well as a bonus for every new student introduced by the tutor. More tutors will be required in the future so if you are not picked this round we will keep your CV and you'll have first priority the next time we are recruiting.
