Job Summary: The Resourcing Officer will primarily be responsible for the delivery and execution of strategic resourcing against quality, time and cost objectives in order to source the right people in the right roles at the right time.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
    Understands the optimal resourcing solutions and processes to be delivered in accordance with resourcing architecture, taking into account business needs through both a pre-consult and on-going business engagement  
    Implements the recruitment and selection process within a functional area, adhering to required processes and procedures, ensuring compliance and mitigating all risk
    Educates and partners with HR Business Partners, other resourcing teams and business to ensure the understanding and adoption of resourcing processes in order to deliver optimal business results
    Delivers good calibre candidates in line with business needs, in line with transformation and talent attraction goals whilst optimising cost effectiveness
    Delivers on assignments with the correct governance, policy and technology support work through the e-Recruitment system
    Agree and support resourcing related initiatives / programmes and projects as agreed as well as positioning SBG EVP positively in the market place

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
    The candidate should possess at least three (3) years' resourcing experience Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Social Sciences or General Humanities
    Knowledge of resourcing tools and methods/ assessment tools is a must
    Possesses good interpersonal and networking skills
    Project management skills
    Excellent communication and presentation skills
    Strong personal drive, action-orientation and ambition
    Ability to manage complexity and ambiguity
    Ability to effectively manage diverse relationships
    Applies discretion and professionalism at all times
    Demonstrates integrity, trust and fairness
    Ability to influence, flexible and adaptable, interpersonal and networking skills
    Strong personal drive, action-orientation and ambition
