Job Summary: The HR Associate will primarily be responsible all administrative support to the consulting unit in the execution of projects depending on clients’ requirements.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

    Design adverts and publishes in press media
    Screen applications
    Invite candidates for interview
    Administer psychometric and ability tests and update the database
    Carry out database searches
    Develop and maintain a CV database
    Conduct reference checks
    Ensure all filing and reporting for recruitment consultancy is maintained

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
    The candidate should possess a bachelor’s degree with a bias in human resource management
    Previous similar experience of 1-2 years
    Good customer care ability
    A good eye for detail
    Results orientated
