Our client, a Medium Security Service Provider in Kampala, with branches all over Uganda is has an opening for An Accounts Officer- Debt Collection.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

•     The Accounts Officer will primarily be responsible for the;
•     Collection of outstanding debts from clients and achieve collection targets.
•     Create an effective weekly working schedule
•     Investigate relevant debt through examining data on systems and coming up with a strategic plan on how to recover it
•     Provide accurate, effective and appropriate response to customer enquires about their accounts.
•     Participate in setting of meaningful and challenging indicators and targets.
•     Perform any other assigned duties and responsibilities

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

•     The Accounts Officer must possess a bachelor’s degree or diploma in business related Course
•     At least four years’ experience in a similar role
•     Excellent Communication and Customer Care skills
•     Ability to use Computer software packages
•     Possess the ability to manage a diverse environment with focus on client service.
•     High self motivation
•     Possess the ability to develop and work well with Teams
•     Strong leadership Abilities.
