Job Title: Supply Chain Analyst

Location: Kampala, Uganda
Job Summary:
The job holder will be responsible for improving the efficiency of its supply chain operations.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Use analytical and quantitative methods to understand, predict, and enhance supply chain processes
Gathers and interprets relevant data (costs, productivity, demand patterns, etc.)
Investigates problems, finds root causes, and develops solutions
Develops periodic performance reports and distributes them to stakeholders
Monitors contract compliance of carriers and other logistics service providers
Provides analytical support for projects, new business opportunities, and proposals
Coordinates delivery schedules and other supply chain activities
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
The ideal candidate will have degree in Engineering (B.E.)
Strong quantitative and analytical skills;
Familiarity with logistics and production planning concepts
The applicant must have 4 -7 years of SCM experience, exposure to FMCG is preferred.
