Our Client, Uganda Nurses and Midwives Union, (UNMU) was established and registered in 2003 to represent the Nurses and Midwives in Uganda. It is both a professional body as well as a labor organization. As a professional organization, UNMU focuses on ensuring that the profession is practiced at the highest possible standard. As a labor organization, UNMU spearheads efforts geared toward improving the socio-economic welfare of Nurses and Midwives in the country as a whole.

Job Summary:
The Medical Officer will run the clinical aspects of the Wellness Centre in accordance with GCP principles and all applicable local requirements

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
    The candidate should possess a University Degree in MBChB or related discipline.
    Two or more years work-experience in a related function.
    The ideal candidate should have Good report writing skills, Ability to work independently and troubleshoot problems during discharge of duty, Ability to communicate effectively, Strong interpersonal skills, and Results-driven.
